Charlottetown, PE – Teams across the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) have finalized their final rosters following this year’s training camp process. 24 players from PEI attended training camps across the league. The QMJHL is set to begin regular season play in October following their Return to Play plans that were released on August 14th.


The 12 PEI Born players set to begin their season in the QMJHL are:

Zach Biggar, Portage, PE – Acadie-Bathurst Titan

*Cole Larkin, Mermaid, PE – Acadie-Bathurst Titan


Ed McNeill, Summerside, PE – Blainville-Boisbriand Armada


*Jacob Squires, Charlottetown, PE – Cape Breton Eagles

*Logan Kelly-Murphy, Vernon River, PE – Cape Breton Eagles

*Jack Campbell, Souris, PE – Cape Breton Eagles


*Thomas Casey, Charlottetown, PE – Charlottetown Islanders

*Keiran Gallant, Covehead, PE – Charlottetown Islanders


*Jordan Spence, Cornwall, PE – Moncton Wildcats


Donovan Arsenault, Richmond, PE – Rouyn-Noranda Huskies


*Charlie DesRoches, Days Corner, PE – Saint John Sea Dogs


A total of 12 PEI born players played on QMJHL teams last season. Hockey PEI wishes all players attending training camps the best of luck! Camps are expected to begin as early as this week.
