CHARLOTTETOWN, PE – The 2021-22 Provincial Championships finished up this past weekend with another eight (8) Provincial titles being handed out. That concludes Hockey PEI’s total of 32 league banner’s being awarded for the 2021-22 Minor Hockey season. Here are the teams who claimed victory in their respective divisions:
